Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2 years plus PAE) who is confident, experienced in running a file with limited to no supervision, conducting client consultations, appearing in Court and in Mediations.
As litigation matters handled by the firm continue to grow, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to join the team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to run an extensive range of matters with a high level of autonomy but also have excellent support and mentoring as desired.
You will possess an ability to prioritize your work to meet deadlines and have exceptional interpersonal skills to assist your clients navigate through their legal matters with confidence and integrity.
You Will Have Responsibility of Litigation & Dispute Resolution matters, from the taking of initial instructions to the completion of the matter (commercial and workplace) Experience drafting documents, agreements, correspondence and advice Experience appearing in Court at all levels The development of strategies to resolve simple and complex disputes on behalf of clients At least 2 plus years' (PAE) experience with strengths in complex commercial litigation matters Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills The ability to form long-standing relationships with clients The ability to work independently on simple matters and co-operatively on more complex matters Strong work ethic Excellent time management skills Ability to brief Counsel for interim and final hearings What On Offer To You Work from a beautiful, light, bright work environment – designed to encourage a friendly, open workplace where quality work gets done!
