The Opportunity In this high-performing litigation team, you will work directly with a well-regarded Partner on some of Australia's largest and most complex disputes.
You'll play a key role in multi-party, multi-jurisdictional litigation, with exposure to a wide range of commercial matters involving corporates, directors, officers, and insurers.

Exceptional Legal Professional Required We're looking for a PQE5+ lawyer with a strong background in general commercial litigation, top-tier experience (Australia or overseas), sharp drafting skills, and a collaborative mindset.
You will have: Solid experience in general commercial litigation, ideally gained at a top-tier firm in Australia or internationally Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Counsel and across large, multi-party legal teams Experience handling and analysing high-volume data sets and cross-border evidence Clear, concise, and precise drafting skills Strong time management and organisational abilities, with the capability to juggle competing priorities A genuine team player, able to collaborate effectively while also working independently when required Commercial awareness and the ability to build client relationships, understand their business needs, and contribute to business development efforts Benefits Include On offer is a suite of tailored benefits, including discounted private health insurance, a leading family leave policy, and a range of wellbeing initiatives designed to support you both personally and professionally.
