Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Finance Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on high-impact projects, including financial integration of acquisitions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations, driving value across our global organization. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, involvement in cross-functional initiatives, and the opportunity to influence WiseTech's financial and operational strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage commercial finance projects related to strategic acquisitions, integrations, and business development initiatives.Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and align with corporate objectives.Manage financial modeling for acquisitions, ensuring effective post-acquisition integration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, sales, and operations) to negotiate and finalize contracts with customers and partners.Support the senior leadership team with financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive business performance.Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests during contract negotiations and project execution.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Chartered Accountant or equivalent.5+ years of experience in commercial finance, project management, or corporate finance roles.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills.Proven track record of leading high-impact finance projects, including acquisitions and integrations.Excellent negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of contract terms and pricing strategies.Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
