Company We are seeking a high performing Commercial BDM to join our team in Melbourne.
This role focuses on driving new business growth within the commercial aluminium windows and doors sector, specifically targeting the healthcare and education markets.
You will also lead and mentor a team estimators and drafters, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Position Maintain regular and exceptional service to customers to achieve sales targets Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, project managers, and builders, to secure repeat business.
Data entry and maintaining customer database in CRM system Undertaking site visits, liaising with architects, builders and designers to finalise project specifications Oversee and support a team of estimators and drafters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to achieve team objectives.
Interpret technical design plans, and assess construction projects Benefits Commercial BDM Southeastern suburbs, Melbourne Up to $120K + Super + Car + Comms Fully maintained vehicle 11.5% Super Requirements: Proven track record in commercial sales, ideally within the aluminium windows and doors or broader construction industry.
Leadership or team management training is a plus.
Proficiency in V6 estimating software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting.
