Your New Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will work closely with multiple manufacturing sites remotely. Partner with site General Managers and operations leadership teams in managing the site's finances and providing critical solutions to site issues by driving cost-saving initiatives and process improvement. The role will have a mixture of accounting and business partnering. The core tasks aligned to this position will include, but are not limited to:
Managing full P&L statement for the site Improving the site's performance by providing senior leaders and stakeholders with contemporary financial management advice and solutions to support decision making Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs, providing financial analysis of monthly results and business performance Generating site budgets and forecasts Driving cost-saving initiatives through analysing costs of raw materials, labour, assets, and finished goods
About You
You will preferably hold a CPA/CA or CIMA qualification 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a complex manufacturing environment Strong business partnering and relationship-building skills with excellent written and verbal communication Expert on MS Excel (Macros/VBA's/PowerQueries) An eye for detail and can provide detailed analysis and in-depth reporting to accurately capture what is happening on the ground Your strong business partnering skills and your ability to influence will see you succeed in this role All Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
