Permanent full-time opportunity to manage the day-to-day operation of the Cold Production and ensure a safe, timely production of all required items for Patient Food Services.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Coordinate and oversee the activities and resources of the Operational Staff within Cold Production ensuring efficient, effective services including great customer service are provided using Best Practices and other Quality Improvement principles and in line with the Food Safety Management System.Contribute to ensuring accurate and efficient rostering, monitor staff levels and skill mix to ensure appropriate shift coverage is maintained.Take a leading and supportive role in promoting cooperation and teamwork.Comply with the RBWH Food Safety Plan ensuring food safety, quality and personal hygiene are maintained at all times.
