Team member required to manage coffee shop on a permanant basis, 30hrs - full time depending on applicant. Training provided.Prerequisites:Prior management/supervisor experience within hospitality industry (minimum 12 months)At least 12 months barista experience (certificate not required)Excellent customer service skillsYou'll be responsible for:Ensuring day to day procedures are met and completed.Stock & food orders.Training junior staff when required.Implementing rollout of new products into store when they arrive.Ensuring all team members deliver first class customer service.We pride ourselves on having a great team culture and low staff turnover, to be successful, applicants must be hard working, willing to go above and give 110 percent, and available to work Saturdays.Our opening hours range from 6.30am to 6.30pm. Unfortunately this position is not compatible with School hours.
