Reporting to the Deputy Head, the Co-Ordinator of Counselling Services (P-12) is responsible for overseeing the counselling and psychological services offered to students and their families from Preparatory to Year 12.Key Responsibilities:Managing and monitoring the delivery of counselling services across the College.Providing direct counselling to students.Offering support to families.Leading and supporting a dynamic counselling team.Conducting psycho-educational assessments.Helping families navigate educational decisions for their children.Identifying barriers to students' learning.Collaborating with external agencies to support student wellbeing.This is a Permanent, Full-Time (Term Time Only) position.About YouUniversity qualifications in Psychology.Registration as a Psychologist and member of AHPRA.Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Psychologist or Counsellor.
