The opportunity: Goodlife clubs are lively places where no two days are the same. As a Club Manager at our Nundah club, you will be responsible for inspiring your team and leading your club to success. Your role will see you use your people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of your club's operations to create a thriving and growing Goodlife Club.
You will be required to showcase your leading interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to drive a successful team known for delivering an exceptional member experience.
This is a fixed-term contract from December 2024 until September 2025. Key responsibilities: Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvementProactive contribution to your club's sales targetsManagement of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levelsLeading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concernsRecruitment, training and retention of staff membersConduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leadersTo be successful in this role you will need: Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment.
