The Opportunity
As a Clinical Team Leader- Intervention Support Services (ISS), you will lead a team and participate as an experienced member to provide intervention services to people with disabilities, their families, and support systems living in emergency and or transitional accommodation settings.
The role will:
Use professional skills and knowledge to build capacity for ISS direct care and clinical team functioning and/or development to ensure individuals' well-being, independence, participation and transition to community living.Coordinate clinical support, supervision and advice for all team members.Be responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of training for internal and external stakeholders within the Service Delivery Disability Directorate.The attached Job Description Form (JDF) provides more information about the position. Qualification Requirements You must have a tertiary degree or qualification approved equivalent in one of the following: Tertiary degree qualification in Psychology approved by the Psychology Board of Australia AND eligible for 'General Registration' on the register of Psychologists with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Tertiary degree qualification in Occupational Therapy approved by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia AND eligible 'General Registration' on the register of Occupational Therapists' with the AHPRA.Tertiary degree qualification in Social Work AND eligible for 'Ordinary Membership' with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).Tertiary degree qualification in Speech Pathology AND eligible for 'Certified Practising Membership' with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).Candidates possessing international qualifications must provide assessment by the Overseas Qualification Assessment Unit (OQU) from Department of Workforce Development and Training WA or OQU assessment from another state for approval as an equivalent by the Executive Director, Department of Commerce.
