Your role as a Clinical Team Leader within our dedicated youth mental health initiative program, headspace will allow you to:
Provide clinical leadership and direction to the Centre teamUtilise evidence based interventionsWork within a well-established and Nationally recognised and respected program (headspace)Access Professional development opportunitiesJoining us, you'll guide a team of dynamic, multi disciplined and collaborative individuals, who are focused on providing effective evidence based interventions supporting young people, their families and local communities. From providing oversight, coordination and delivery of clinical services to engaging in clinical and caseload reviews and providing direct clinical services.

The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary level qualifications in Allied Health discipline including Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing or Occupational TherapyCurrently registered with AHPRA/AASW as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse or other Allied health professionalExperience in leading a team in a complex triage, assessment and referral environmentAdvanced clinical skills in managing young people at risk through delivery of psychosocial interventionsSocial Futures is an equal opportunity employer and actively recruits from key communities; including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, LGBTIQSB, people living with a disability, people with lived experience and people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
