Clinical Services Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced registered nurse to become a clinical service manager for a community clinic.
Nest recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered Nurse to step up and lead a clinical team. It is a full-time role where you can make a real difference.
Responsibilities Lead Clinical Services Team (including Maternal Health, Child Health & Community Health Nurses & Health Workers). Development and implementation of strategies to manage quality and risk associated with clinical services. Develop a clear vision for nursing, midwifery, and health worker practice. Lead day-to-day clinical services to standards that comply with relevant accreditation, regulatory, and legislative requirements. Provide advice in relation to quality risk identification and mitigation associated with clinical service delivery. Guide the Clinical Services Team to optimize Medicare services activity, claims, and compliance. Desirable Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Primary Health Care or Business Management. Experience working within an AMS clinic. Practical knowledge of accreditation, regulatory, and legislative obligations. AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting.
