Clinical Research Associate Location: Sydney or Melbourne

As a Clinical Research Assocaite you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customers' drugs and devices through innovative solutions.

You will be partnering with one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a science-based company with one of the most exciting product pipelines in the industry. This global pharmaceutical client develops breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend the opportunity to build your career in a rewarding customer-focused environment that supports creativity, collaboration and performance.

What you will be doing: You will focus on producing quality on-site and remote monitoring, building relationships with sites and taking ownership of site managementThere is a strong pipeline of studies and you will have the opportunity to monitor groundbreaking oncology trials and work in a dynamic environment which promotes learning and versatilityYou will be responsible to maintain information and documentation in CTMs, eTMF and other systems as per timelinesBeing part of a team which has seen huge growth, you will contribute to identify, assess and resolve site performance, quality or compliance issues You are: Possess minimum of 2 years of local CRA experience in CRO/pharma and previous experience monitoring oncology trials (mandatory)You will be able to commit to travelling to sitesGreat communication skills and relationship building skillsInterested in working on lifechanging studies, predominanlty within Oncology What ICON can offer you:
