Choose between contracting or salaried positions to suit your preferences.Competitive Remuneration:Contracting roles offer a flexible session fee split of 60/40 to 70/30, negotiable based on your experience, with session fees between $215-$240.Salaried positions offer attractive packages from $110k to $130k per year, depending on experience.Supportive Environment: Enjoy a warm, friendly workplace with full administrative support, regular team meetings, and professional development opportunities, including quarterly PD days and team-building activities.Diverse Caseload: Provide therapy to paediatric clients and their families, managing a caseload of around 5-6 clients per day in both face-to-face and telehealth settings.Your Role:Deliver high-quality psychological services to children and families within a neurodiversity-affirming framework.Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive, holistic care.Conduct psychometric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.What You'll Need:Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Psychology.Registration: AHPRA Clinical Psychologist.Eligibility: Unrestricted Australian working rights and eligibility to obtain Medicare provider numbers.Preferred: Experience in paediatric settings.Highly Desirable: Experience in private practice, conducting psychometric assessments, and working with neurodiverse clients.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team that truly values collaboration and a child-centred approach.
