Provides clinical leadership, support and supervision for less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care.The successful candidate will need to be adaptable and independent but work in collaboration with the LHD and local teams to meet the changing needs of the service. The successful candidate will need to:support the service development of Goulburn Paediatrics.provide leadership, implementation, and supervision for paediatric priorities, including outpatient and inpatient services.Collaborate and case co-ordinate with the multidisciplinary teams including administration, internal and external stakeholders such as schools, primary care, and tertiary facilities.directly communicate with children and families regarding their goals and needs as partners in their care.
