Clinical Nurse (SPACE Program) (Bundaberg and Hervey Bay)Your opportunity: To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within the Specialist Palliative Care in Aged Care Services (SPACE) program within Palliative Care Services. Support the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice. Responsible for advance care planning, with a focus on clinical leadership, management, education and/or research within the SPACE program, Palliative Care Services. The Clinical Nurse practices autonomously, applies critical thinking and provides leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care to the SPACE program, Palliative Care Service clients.We encourage applications from First Nations nurses and midwives in line with Health Equity, Growing Deadly Families, and Hospital and Health Plan Strategies. Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)).
