In consultation with the Paediatrics, the Clinical Nurse Manager will ensure that the relevant services meet all patient and stakeholder needs.
Participation in clinical roles as required to support the servicesInitiate research/audit and provide reports relating to key performance indicatorsYou will lead and facilitate the education and training of nursing, technical and support staff across the siteYou will ensure that safe and high-quality patient care is delivered in conjunction with strategic and cost-effective management of service deliveryYou will participate in supporting the overall management of the facility as a senior member of the clinical management team with a constructive leadership style.Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A minimum of 3 years recent Paediatrics experience plus a postgraduate tertiary qualification in a relevant practice area (achieved or working towards)Advanced clinical knowledge and skills, demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex servicesProblem solving, clinical audit, data analytics, and strategic service developmentEffective communication (written and verbal) within the multidisciplinary team environmentNegotiation, conflict resolution, and constructive human resource managementEffective budget management and achievement of strategic and operational goalsDemonstrated experience and advanced skills in leadership, education, and service improvementWhat's in it for you?
