Clinical Nurse (SPACE Program) (Bundaberg and Hervey Bay) Your opportunity: To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within the Specialist Palliative Care in Aged Care Services (SPACE) program within Palliative Care Services. Support the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice. Responsible for advance care planning, with a focus on clinical leadership, management, education and/or research within the SPACE program, Palliative Care Services. The Clinical Nurse practices autonomously, applies critical thinking and provides leadership in clinical decision-making to give and/or coordinate care to the SPACE program, Palliative Care Service clients. Positions Available: Two Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Several Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)).
