We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to guide our clinical teams in our Medicare Mental Health Centre program and The Bridge (AOD Hub) servicing the Upper Hunter.
Medicare Mental Health Centre is a free mental health support service for people ages 18+ experiencing distress and provides a welcoming entry point for engagement, assessment, care planning and coordination and recovery-oriented interventions.
This program is based in Muswellbrook with outreach services to Singleton and Scone.
The Bridge provides specialist AOD services to reduce the harm related to alcohol and other drug use and to improve the health, wellbeing and social outcomes of young people, pregnant people and parents with young children.
The hub is based in Singleton.
This role gives you an opportunity to: Establish a new mental health and AOD service in the Upper Hunter to improve mental health outcomes for the local communities and reduce the harm of AOD dependency.
Guide a multidisciplinary team in providing evidence-based best practice.
Expand your network by collaborating with a range of community-based organisations.

We are looking for an experienced clinical supervisor with a desire to make a difference.
The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, i.e.
psychology, mental health nursing or social work (with mental health accreditation) and relevant professional registration e.g.
AHPRA, AASW.
At least 2 years demonstrated experience in supervising a multidisciplinary team providing mental health and or AOD services to people with mild to severe mental health concerns and people at risk of harm due to alcohol and other drugs use.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in delivering mental health and AOD services and ability to provide workforce mentoring and support.
Outstanding relationship, negotiation and conflict management skills.
Demonstrated experience in establishing and building stakeholder relationships and developing new programs of work.
