Clinical Manager

PT Vernon Aged Care Residence offers a peaceful and welcoming environment, facing coastal views with modern outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. This residence has an 80-bed capacity for our Residents.
We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Manager to join the team in a full-time permanent capacity.
As the Clinical Manager, you will lead clinical governance at our residence, working closely with the Facility Manager. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents while fostering a positive clinical work culture.
The key responsibilities for this position are: Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.Provide coaching and training to clinical staff members.Utilise technology efficiently, including an electronic care management system.Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aged care processes and regulations.To be successful for this position the following are required: Minimum three years of aged care experience (preferred).Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.Proficiency in using computers and technology.Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards.Experience in coaching and training clinical employees.Additional qualifications such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)The benefits on offer are: A supportive work environment with ongoing training and development opportunitiesCareer Growth across QLD and VIC residences.
