As a Clinical Manager, you will:

Develop care plans aligned with the client's needs and goals in conjunction with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessment.
Undertake marketing and collaborate with external allied health providers, medical professionals, and specialist care providers.
Co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver a best care approach.
Utilise your business development skills to drive the growth and utilisation of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Programme.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and industry standards.
Deliver excellent client care for elderly Australians.

We are looking for someone with:

AHPRA registered in allied health discipline or RN registration considered
Experience in aged care, with knowledge of the Short-Term Restorative (STRC) Care Programme
Frontline management skills
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
A current ACT drivers' license, vehicle registration, and access to your own car
National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (myHomecare will organise via WorkPro at no cost)
