Olympus Australia is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Educator that specialises in Endoscopy.
This pivotal role provides clinical, technical, and product training for internal and external customers across New South Wales.
Your efforts will support Olympus' strategic focus on delivering exceptional education and training programs in the areas of Gastroenterology, EndoTherapy, Infection Prevention, and Respiratory.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver tailored clinical education programs for NSW accounts.Provide in-field support for the safe use of Olympus equipment and consumables.Collaborate with the Education Manager to address customer training needs.Use in-person, virtual, and blended training methods for effective learning.Conduct clinical gap analyses and provide recommendations.Stay updated through educational sessions and workshops.Support post-sales education and product training for customers.Train on clinical procedures, product applications, and infection control.Assess customer competency on Olympus products and reprocessing guidelines.Manage strategic accounts and build strong customer relationships.Ensure compliance with MTAA, company policies, and healthcare regulations.About Olympus:
