You will benefit from our commitment to providing you with a supportive work environment, continued learning advancement and career opportunities which are mutually beneficial.The opportunity:Part Time – 4 days a weekActing as the first point of contact when families reach out to our serviceMaking and managing both in clinic and mobile appointments for numerous therapistsCollecting patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entryAnswering customer enquiries via phone/web/emailBuilding rapport/positive relationships with our valued clientsAccounts receivableProcessing NDIS claims as well as other accounts and invoicing dutiesAssisting our therapists with Administration tasks relevant to therapyGeneral typing and computer work.What do you need to join?Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements/funding packages, or similarStrong customer service and communication skills - face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients and familiesExperience with practice management software, Medicare and Eftpos will be advantageousProficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and WordA proactive and committed approach to quality improvementExcellent time management and organisational skillsCompliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.Apply now:Don't miss your chance to be part of a growing organisation committed to making a real difference to the everyday lives of children and their families – Apply Now using the link below!Early Start Australia places a high priority on the principles of respect, equity and diversity.
