We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our established AU Support team.

What you'll do: You will join the Compass AU Support function in our Sydney Office, working with the Support Manager & Support Supervisors.
As a Level 2 Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, thorough, and accurate support to schools of all jurisdictions using Compass.
You will be expected to have a sound understanding of modules and usage of Compass across multiple jurisdictions and be able to pull from this to provide support.
Specifically, you will: Provide support to schools through email, LiveChat, and phone enquiries.Provide comprehensive and creative solutions to issues as they arise.Prioritise time and duties to respond to high priority and time-sensitive requests.Assist L3 Officers with Enterprise and Independent school support.Conduct sessions with schools to provide support with module configuration.Work with the Product and Customer Success team for escalations and providing solutions as needed.Requirements About You We are looking for people who have a passion for creativity and problem-solving.
