Job Description As the Client Support - Insurance professional within our insurance team, reporting to the Insurance Team Leader, your role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Insurance division in its services to replace lost and/or stolen products on behalf of Insurance Companies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Liaising with Insurance Companies, insured customers and JB Hi-Fi Group Stores Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement. Inbound and outbound calls (no sales-related calls) Preparing orders and managing ongoing caseloads. Meeting KPIs and deadlines in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements This hands-on role in a fast-paced environment will suit a professional with similar experience and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves!
Qualifications Your strong customer service skills and keen eye for detail will hold you in good stead and see your success in this role. You will also possess:
A friendly, professional, and calm phone manner A high level of attention to detail A strong desire to be proactive.
