About the Role
As a Client Solutions and Growth Manager, you will be focused on business development with Roy Morgan's digital solutions for agencies and their clients, as well as responsible for managing an existing client-base.
Working alongside key stakeholders in our digital development team, plus senior industry managers you will:
Develop new and existing customer relationships Identify new client opportunities and work to bring in new business Work with the biggest consumer dataset in the country that covers almost every facet of consumer behaviour, media consumption, social attitudes & demographics Work with our clients to understand their objectives and key results, and develop strategies on how we can help them succeed Work on our exciting suite of digital and segmentation products and gain exposure to cutting edge data science and data fusion Manage ongoing team administration requirements and reporting Champion meetings and workshops with our clients Identify sector or industry trends and seek opportunities for us to be more innovative in our product offerings and how we add value to our clients Establish strong, trusting relationships with our clients with a growth mindset Manage client engagements from idea generation through to implementation and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional value Thrive on building and maintaining strong relationships, who is comfortable leading and working autonomously, and is ready to hit the ground running bringing in their structures and process with them About You
To succeed in this role, your skill set will include:
Account management/service delivery experience, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification A conceptual thinker and passionate about marketing and client service Demonstrated high level of customer service and communication skills Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in a Media Agency or digital marketing will be highly regarded Experience growing and maintaining professional relationships Results driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Demonstrate a can-do approach and innovative thinking to grow business Detail-oriented, self-motivated, confident - you have organisation skills people are envious of Vibrant and engaging and a great team player What we Offer:
