Client Side Project Manager - Education

Our client is a leading Victoria education institution with a need for a new Project Manager to help deliver a landmark project involving a large commercial fit-out project and laboratory works.They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join in this fixed-term role, reporting directly to the Associate Director of the client's Capital program.Key Responsibilities:Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, managing complex relationships and expectations.Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including consultant appointment, tendering, and construction oversight.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating autonomy when required.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of industry experience in construction project management - ideally with client-side experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability in complex stakeholder management.Proven track record of delivering projects within the built environment.Experience in tertiary education sector projects preferred but not essential.Experience working on PPP (Public Private Partnership), education/lab projects would be preferred but not necessary.This opportunity offers a platform for those with client-side experience to showcase their skills within the tertiary education sector, contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact our client's campus community.
