The Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre is a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre providing services to Clients and Veterinary Practices within Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
We are seeking a Client Services Representative who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, enthusiasm, energy and empathy at all times, for the delivery of excellence in a friendly working environment.
**This is a busy role and your key areas of responsibility will involve the following**:
- Being the face of MVSC, by greeting clients professionally at all times
- Providing exceptional Customer Service - to Clients, staff and referring Veterinarians
- Answering telephones
- Scheduling appointments
- Admitting and discharging Patient
- Maintaining accurate client files
- Organising post and couriers
- Accepting and finalizing payments
- Initiative and adaptability - this role requires you to be able to multitask and have a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Professional levels of communication, written and oral
- The ability to work well within a team
- Reliability and flexibility
- A calm and empathetic approach to your work.
