The Role 1x Part time position (0.6 FTE) This is an exciting new role within Entrypoint Perth, supporting a team of skilled professionals who assist families and individuals experiencing and at-risk of homelessness.
This role will provide client liaison support and administrative support to the Entrypoint team.
You will bring strong administrative and organizational skills to provide a positive impact to the team and office located in Gosnells.
Liaise with accommodation and service providers Triage and respond to voice messages Assist with data entry This is a busy and fast paced environment, so you need to be able to handle multiple queries and follow procedures Ability to take minutes with speed and accuracy 60 wpm.
About You National Police Clearance (validity within 12 months) Demonstrated experience responding to customers and clients as the first point of contact within an organisation to include operating a multi-line telephone system.
Excellent computer skills to include data entry.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with clients, staff and people within the general community.
Ability to take minutes of meetings, proof documents, develop forms and brochures and flyers and attend to advertising requirements.
Experience maintaining petty cash and payment systems to include collecting fees, receipting, recording and banking.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Must be available to work on a 7-day roster with a combination of shifts, including weekends.
