Client Services Officer

Primary purpose of the role: Provide administrative support to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the business unit objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage case loads of approximately 50 matters address and progress estate administration & attend to customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on client feedback and service metrics for management review.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain clear and professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
