Key Responsibilities Process HR forms as required and maintain staff files
Maintain staff leave tracker, leave diary and staff rosters
Maintain the complaints register and prepare the quarterly report
Check fortnightly Establishment Report
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Actively participate as a team member in meeting branch objectives
Prepare monthly team meeting agendas and prepare meeting minutes
Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable, including SAP
Fortnightly reconciliation of Salary Report
Purchasing of general office supplies via SDS Online as required and Merchandise for sale/distribution
Prepare EOM Analysis/Forecast
Completion of the monthly JP Branch business report; corporate card expense reports
Process of Travel Management System applications and travel expense claim forms online.
