Butterfly is an award-winning web agency specialising in customised website and web-based solutions.
You will have direct access to all knowledge in the business — we value skill-sharing and cross-pollination between design, UX, development, quality assurance, and project management. We have a young, vibrant and creative team, and have great offices on Lonsdale St in the Melbourne CBD.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join a growing design team at Butterfly.
We're looking for a talented person who brings fun, energy and creativity to their work and our office environment.
This is a full-time role based in Melbourne CBD and presents a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing Melbourne web agency.

Skills and experience required for this role are:
Tertiary qualified in marketing/business or other related discipline
3+ years Marketing Specialist experience
Experience at professional account or client management
Creation of effective marketing and sales strategies at both an organisational and client level, incorporating projects, recurring revenue and long term sales
Experienced at digital projects $50k+
Goal orientated
Excellent people skills
Excellent time management skills and experience at juggling competing objectives with effective prioritisation
Finger on the pulse of the global digital landscape
An understanding and interest in solving businesses problems with digital solutions - can ‘talk the talk’ and is at least aware of popular CRMs, CMS’, code-bases, agile methodology and platforms including cloud, marketing and email
Nice to have

Experience at complex account management
Multi-tiered client relationships
Multi-year client development programs

Web or software development account management experience
Account Management at a digital agency
Enterprise or multi-national account management experience
Project size $100k - $1 million+
