Your key responsibilities will include:Assisting leaders and staff with administrative tasks.Collating Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements, along with other client correspondence.Preparing client invoices and managing month-end documentation.Handling corporate compliance tasks, including downloading Company Statements and preparing ASIC forms.Contributing to the efficient management of the Administration Team.About You:At least 2 years of experience in an office admin role; experience in an accounting firm is a strong advantage.Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Problem-solving abilities to address day-to-day challenges effectively.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Proficiency in using various technologies, with a keen interest in learning new platforms to enhance workplace efficiency.APPLY NOW!Reach out to ****** for further details.
