Other impact areas include supporting residents with mental health concerns, domestic violence, employment and skills participation, wellbeing and inclusion and developing cohesive communities.They are seeking a professional and articulate Client Services Administrator to join their team in a temporary capacity!Your RoleReporting Into The Services Manager, Your Role Will Involve:Answering incoming callsMeeting and greeting clientsArranging couriers / deliveriesManaging meeting roomsUpdating client details and filesArranging cateringProject Administration support as requiredAssisting with fleet / vehicle administration supportAd hoc administration supportData EntryMonitoring various email inboxesRecords ManagementYour ProfileYou will be an immaculately presented Administrator / Receptionist with significant experience working in a busy environment.
You will also bring experience in arranging and taking deliveries and general administration.
You will have a high level of emotional intelligence and work well with all types of demographics.
You will use your experience and mature minded approach to handle all calls and enquiries with care.This role is for an immediate start and runs until November with a possible extension.
