Cairns OfficePayroll Transactional Services are seeking a permanent full-time AO Client Service Officer to join our team. Located in Cairns the primary purpose of this position to contribute to the delivery of customer focussed payroll service to clients of Queensland Health through payroll and related administrative processes and systems. What we are looking for:
Demonstrated ability to enter data into a computerised rostering solution in an accurate and efficient manner with experience (or the ability to rapidly acquire the skills) to utilise rostering adjustment solutions.
Well-developed communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to various stakeholders in a large and complex organisation.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to meet established processing timeframes to ensure team outcomes are achieved.
Demonstrated ability to utilise standard business processes and apply to all work processed to ensure accurate and timely pay outcomes.
