As the company continues to grow, they are on the look out for a dedicated Client Service Officer to support the technical team.
This role is ideal for someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, bringing enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence every day.
About the Role: Manage the Technical team's shared email, handle phone inquiries, and address general questions.
Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Provide direct support to members of the Engineering/Design team.
Coordinate project setups, manage essential documentation, and maintain project tracking in our internal software, SimPro.
Oversee project handovers and ensure proper documentation flows across internal departments.
Collaborate with Client Service Officers from other departments to uphold standardised processes across the business Assist with software subscriptions and ensure designer registrations remain compliant.
Liaise with local councils and external stakeholders to streamline project operations.
Support Designers and CAD Operators with Supply Authority submissions on design projects.
Maintain high standards of document control across multiple systems.
About You: Skilled in managing multiple priorities and performing well under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and systems.
Team-oriented, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace.
Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 2 years in an administration role; industry experience is highly regarded.
Motivated to grow and develop within the role and your team.
