Job tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to assist our team of Advisers with all administrative functions relating to the provision of advice and ongoing service to our new and existing clients.
Manage a large portfolio of clients
Follow all Gallagher processes and procedures in accordance with organisational standards
Assist Advisers with the Client Onboarding process including conducting research on existing funds and policies
Prepare Portfolio reports for annual review meetings
Manage the implementation process from start to finish (insurance and investment)
Initiate and manage client claims
Answer client enquiries and perform maintenance on client accounts including but not limited to - change of address, change of beneficiary, change of pension details, withdrawals etc
Assist with the FDS and Opt-in process
Liaise with external insurance and investment providers

Skills and Experience
Knowledge and experience within the Financial Planning/Advice Industry - minimum of 2 years (essential)
XPlan knowledge (desirable)
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to effectively communicate with people at different organisational levels and with various backgrounds - written and verbal
Ability to manage a high volume of tasks
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated and reliable
Ability to work within a team, presenting a helpful attitude and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
Self-management and autonomy within the workplace, yet able to coordinate with others to strive towards company goals
Demonstrated flexibility with the capacity to change processes, rearrange priorities and workload to meet competing deadlines
Able to multitask and still present high quality work
