Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Client Service Manager to provide operational support across Property Management. This role involves covering for Property Managers, PM Associates, Front of House, and Leasing Team members during leave, ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal for an experienced PM professional, this position offers variety and the chance to contribute in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:Provide cover for Property Managers, PM Associates, and Front of House when required.Offer troubleshooting and hands-on support to the PM team as needed.Occasionally provide cover for the Leasing Team, though this is not frequent.Handle QCAT matters and assist the PM team with issue resolution.Manage day-to-day office operations and offer support to the PM team when required.Car required, with fuel reimbursement. What We're Looking For:Solid Property Management experience, with the ability to cover various roles within the team.Essential QCAT experience and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer practical support to the PM team.Excellent communication, client service, and people skills.Highly organised with a good sense of humour, time management, and a flexible mindset.Someone who thrives in a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment.
