An excellent opportunity now exists for a Client Services Manager to join our team.
This is a pivotal role in managing our service delivery and nurturing our client relationships.
Working closely with both our administrative and accounting team members, our Client Services Manager will be focused on maintaining and improving our workflow practices to deliver client projects in a professional and efficient manner, and in line with our core values.
Our ideal candidate will have: A bright and friendly personality, and genuinely enjoy developing relationships with clients.
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
Great organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
The ability to problem solve and think on their feet.
The ability to track & manage multiple projects to deadlines; open communication with all project stakeholders is critical.
An above average knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) & good IT literacy.
Proven experience working in administration/accounts and exposure to bookkeeping fundamentals.
Exposure to the accounting and finance industry is not essential but would be highly regarded.
