About the Role
You will be joining a highly regarded Consulting Project Management firm, as a Client-Side Project Manager. You will be expected to deliver projects from the early design stages, through planning and contractor selection, and then through delivery. In this client-side organisation you will play a key role in full project Lifecycle activities:

Design Management and development
Selection and engaging Consulting and Engineering stakeholders
Supporting the client with all project deliverables - sourcing solutions to design and building issues, and creating a collaborative environment for all project stakeholders
Selection of Head Contractor and management of the Head Contractor
Management and reporting of project progress and financial performance
Manage variations or progress claims submitted by the Head Contractor

Are you suitable?
If you have experience working as a Client-Side Project Manager, or you are a polished, client focussed Project Manager or Contract Administrator in a Head Contractor, please reach out or apply for the position to learn more. You will need to meet the following to be considered suitable for this role:

3-8 years in the construction industry
Ideally have an Engineering related background, and exposure to technically complex projects (such as labs, pharma, data centres etc)
Excellent communication skills
Must operate within the Melbourne built environment market with a network to help you in your Project Management role
Have full Australian work rights - either classed as a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen (sponsorship not provided by this employer).
