The Company:Our client is a mid-sized accounting firm with 40 professional staff offering a wide variety of services including business consulting, taxation, financial planning and superannuation.They have experienced significant growth in clients and are now in need of a Supervisor/Client Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and help with the supervision of a team of accountants.Benefits and Attractions:Well-established processesModern technology and systemsWork laptops providedWFH opportunities available (1 - 2 days per week)Opportunity for 9-day fortnight or 4-day weeksXERO systems and paperless environmentRegular formal and on-the-job trainingDuties and Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large $50 million multi-entitiesPreparation of financial accounts and income tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and individualsProvide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning and business structuringMeet with clients and manage all client queriesSupport the Partners and assist with the strategic direction of the firmAssist with supervising a team of Intermediate and Seniors, along with other Managers and PartnersAbout You:5 years + Australian Public Practice experience.CA/CPA qualified or close to completion.Experience managing/supervising other staff membersExperience managing a diverse client portfolio.Strong written and verbal communication skills.To Apply:Click on APPLY and attach your resume.
