We are partnered with a leading international supply chain and logistics company, seeking a customer-focused and proactive Client Executive to join their Leeds team. With an impressive office in the city centre, their Leeds team supports some of the world's most influential brands across fashion, retail, food and beverage, and home and living.
The Client Executive role focuses on building and enhancing client relationships by delivering an exceptional, dependable service and innovative supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about advancing a career in Supply Chain, with strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Client Executive: Providing day-to-day management of a key Consumer client, delivering excellent customer service across video, phone, and email interactions.Assisting clients in optimising their supply chain models.Daily management of the bespoke supply chain software solution.Running reports and analysing data through Excel and the internal bespoke system.Coordinating with stakeholders in the UK and internationally, including internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners, and escalating issues impacting service levels as needed.Supporting Client Managers on projects, identifying new opportunities for client developments and value-added services.What We're Looking For:
Some experience or a related qualification within supply chain or logistics is preferred but not essential. A genuine interest in pursuing a supply chain career is essential.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven ability to handle customer interactions professionally.Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a solid ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong IT skills.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading international business dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and client success.
