With the autonomy to drive new business opportunities and to build your own territory with the full support of the Korn Ferry brand and RPO leadership, bid and implementation teams, this is an exciting opportunity to leverage existing relationships from our Search,
Product and Advisory businesses, to work with C-suite clients to design solutions for their talent challenges and to play a key role in building the Sales function for Korn Ferry RPO.
Your superior communication skills and previous experience of business development in the recruitment, talent solutions or HR technology sectors will set you up for success as will your ability to nurture and develop new relationships and your knowledge of market activities and trends relating to talent management and talent acquisition.
As a self-starter and proactive 'hunter' you will develop our go-to-market strategy and ensure that we are across priority targets in the market. You are resilient and results driven and can demonstrate a track record of achieving budget in a sales-driven environment.
