A varied and interesting role within a high-volume, fast-paced work environment Permanent Part Time position - Guaranteed weekly minimum 20 hours per a week ($33.41 - $36.46 an hour) Plus generous salary packaging options of up to $15,900 to increase your take home pay About the Role The Client Contact Officer will receive, assess and respond to phone and electronic enquiries and provide a range of supports and services to new and existing CatholicCare customers. The primary objective of this role includes:
Provide a high-quality customer centred service in a prompt and effective manner; Respond to enquiries or connect enquiries to the relevant role/team within the organisation as appropriate; Book, reschedule and cancel services/supports; and Provide and recommend information about CatholicCare services. What We're Looking For Availability to work between the hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Previous experience in a customer service/support or call centre role Previous experience in the aged care and community sector (desirable) In addition to the above, you will need to demonstrate: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced work environment. Sound computer skills including the use of software packages and database applications. Demonstrated problem solving skills to identify options to meet customer needs. Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement on the phone. Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to, and work as part of, a dynamic team. All offers of employment are subject to the satisfactory completion of relevant screening and background checks, including an Australian Federal Police check, an NDIS disability worker screening check, and attainment of a Blue Card for working with children, prior to commencement.
