The primary objective of this role includes:Provide a high-quality customer centred service in a prompt and effective manner;Respond to enquiries or connect enquiries to the relevant role/team within the organisation as appropriate;Book, reschedule and cancel services/supports; andProvide and recommend information about CatholicCare services.What We're Looking ForAvailability to work between the hours of 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.Previous experience in a customer service/support or call centre rolePrevious experience in the aged care and community sector (desirable)In addition to the above, you will need to demonstrate:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced work environment.Sound computer skills including the use of software packages and database applications.Demonstrated problem solving skills to identify options to meet customer needs.Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement on the phone.Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to, and work as part of, a dynamic team.All offers of employment are subject to the satisfactory completion of relevant screening and background checks, including an Australian Federal Police check, an NDIS disability worker screening check, and attainment of a Blue Card for working with children, prior to commencement.About CatholicCare Central QueenslandCatholicCare Central Queensland is a leading community service provider local to Rockhampton.
