Duties of a Client Care Team Leader: Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy Manage client enquiries across various platforms Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards Manage client payments across payment services like ZipPay, Afterpay and Vet Pay Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information Lead and motivate the client care team to deliver exceptional service standards Train and mentor new team members, ensuring align with company values and processes Monitor and manage team performance, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement Oversee the scheduling and delegation of tasks to ensure efficient team operations Resolve escalated client concerns promptly and professionally About you: Exceptional customer service skills, you're an effective and clear communicator Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team Intermediate Microsoft suit experience Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner – when required Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks Maintain a positive and professional attitude whilst under pressure Benefits of joining InvoCare: You may not have considered this industry before, but we provide vital services to families that helps them to celebrate the lives of those they loved.
