About the opportunity:
We are searching for experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join the Canada Goose team in Australia.

Brand Ambassador - Experience
The Brand Ambassador role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. In this role, you will assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the leadership team and execute store functions in relation to operational efficiency (that impacts the overall quality of the customer journey).
In this role, you:

Contribute to store financial success: achieving sales targets and productivity KPIs
Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork, effective communication, attending training, and demonstrating Canada Goose's brand values
Handle product, transactions and the client journey with respect, compliance and operational efficiencies
Primarily work Saturday-Wednesday.

Let's talk about you:

Articulate in English and Mandarin (preferred)
You bring energy, are a natural explorer and/or participate in an outdoor lifestyle
Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours (including weekends, late nights and peak extended trading hours)
Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
Proven track record of successful store operations, including the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, preferably in a luxury retail environment
Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, are an asset
Ability and aptitude to participate in training.
