This role is perfectly suited to fresh graduates who are looking for their first opportunity in the retail/marketing and long term career progression.
We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. As the Client Account Coordinator, you will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal service levels for the client.
The purpose of this role is to work with the Client Service Manager and Field teams to drive the client's program outcomes.
Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity!
An attractive total salary package is on offerFlexible work life balance with a hybrid office / WFHOngoing training and supportGreat company culturePrimary Responsibilities: Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelinesManage week to week operational processes to ensure client execution plans are implemented effectively and efficiently to meet field team requirementsLead or supports win/win negotiations that lead to stronger strategic partnershipsTake ownership and accountability for driving the strategic direction of the client's programWork closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the programReporting – weekly, monthly and at other times when requiredAudits/Analysis to develop plans and recommendations to address opportunities to improve KPI's / resultsAbout You: Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded, particularly within FMCGAbility to compile data from various sources and mine dataAbility to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processesStrong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)Ability to prioritise and manage time effectivelyHigh level of written and oral communication skillsStrong attention to detailWhat's Next?
