Job Description About the Role:

We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. As the Client Account Coordinator, you will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal service levels for the client.
The purpose of this role is to work with the Client Service Manager and Field teams to drive the client's program outcomes.
Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity!

Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines Manage week to week operational processes to ensure client execution plans are implemented effectively and efficiently to meet field team requirements Lead or supports win/win negotiations that lead to stronger strategic partnerships Take ownership and accountability for driving the strategic direction of the client's program Work closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program Reporting – weekly, monthly and at other times when required Audits/Analysis to develop plans and recommendations to address opportunities to improve KPI's / results About You:
Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded particularly within FMCG Ability to compile data from various sources and mine data Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel) Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively High level of written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail What's Next?
