Cleaning Services Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and operational management of cleaning sites across New South Wales as a Cleaning Services Manager, employed on a Full time basis.This position is based out of Sydney - our head office is based in Macquarie Park however this role will focus on sites from Northern Metropolitan Sydney up to the QLD border.This challenging and exciting role will see you provide leadership to oversee the day to day operations of our New South Wales sites and maintain client relationships.The Position :Resolve customer complaints and employee concernsOversee day to day operations at the various sitesManage and lead a dedicated cleaning teamEnsure employees adhere to health and safety practicesPerform administrative functions, including incident reportingRequires self motivation and integrity to work autonomouslyDelivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customersEnsure cost effective management of the contractsMinimum Criteria :Management or supervisory experience within the cleaning industry is highly desirableValid unrestricted driver's licence and clear police check dated within 3 monthsSelf motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demandsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent understanding of cleaning chemical use and MSDSDemonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety mattersA natural at providing excellent customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTo apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.
